Triple Strength Fitness was built from a lifelong love of movement, athletics, and the deep understanding that true health goes far beyond aesthetics. Veronica, founder and coach, fell in love with weight training in high school and quickly recognized its power to transform both body and mind. Having grown up surrounded by diet culture, she knows firsthand how harmful quick fixes, extreme dieting, and misinformation can be.
Her mission is simple: deliver clear, science-based fitness and nutrition coaching that helps every client become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves —
inside and out.
